The original browser game is wow.aethus.pl. It is maintained by Aethus. This website is a written guide; the game opens on the creator’s domain.
Play in the browser
Open the original site directly.
Use a current Chrome, Edge or Safari on a device that supports WebGPU. The site explicitly names those browsers in its compatibility notice.
Allow the game data to finish loading. The first load can show a download counter before any character controls appear.
When the character screen appears, select your class and zone. Read the beginner guide before starting.
Browser support depends on the browser version, operating system and graphics device together. A supported browser name alone is not a guarantee that every device can run it. This guide does not make an untested mobile compatibility promise.
Use the author’s Windows download
The original page links to AzerothSurvivorsWindowsNew.rar. It is a Windows archive served by the same author domain, not a copy hosted by this guide. The game’s top menu also has a Download game button.
Download through the author’s link, finish the download, then extract the archive before using the included application. Keep the original extracted folder together. If extraction fails, check whether the download finished; renaming a partial file does not repair it. We have verified the destination link, not installed or tested the Windows build, so we do not invent a file size, installer sequence or system requirements.
When the site says too many people are playing
The original page contains a capacity notice that points players to the author’s Discord and Windows download. Seeing that text in a search result does not prove the server is currently unavailable: it can be a fallback message in the page. Check what your browser actually displays.
If the notice is visible during your visit, use the author’s offered alternatives or return later. A different class or build cannot solve a server-capacity problem. For a black screen or graphics warning, use loading troubleshooting instead.
Keep one reliable starting point
Bookmark the original address. A third-party guide, embedded copy or mirror can have different storage and may run an older build. Before moving an established character to another browser or installation, export a save through the game’s own save options. Do not assume that opening another site brings your existing progress with it.

No. This is an independent guide. The Play links lead to Aethus’s original game at wow.aethus.pl.
Is a Steam purchase required?
The author’s page offers browser play and a Windows download directly. This guide does not require a Steam purchase or redirect you to an unrelated store listing.
